Polyethylene BL3 is also known as HF4760. HDPE BL3 is a heavy polyethylene copolymer with 1-butene as a comonomer. It is a blow molding grade resin that is manufactured by the suspension polymerization of ethylene monomer. This polymer comes with a density of 0.954 g/cm³ and its high load melt flow index (MFI) is 23 (190 °C/21.6 Kg). It is available in the form of granules (pellets) and contains additives such as antioxidants, process stabilizers, lubricants, and acid scavengers. Marun Petrochemical Company produces this polymer under the license of Basell.

This grade is also suitable for food contact to conform to EEC regulations.
